All online orders at Anthony The Spice Maker will have a small additional charge to cover the cost of handling and packing.

Local Shipping

Shipping within Singapore.

Regular Mail

There is no minimum order required for all online orders.

$7.00 flat rate for all orders with a local Singapore address.

All regular mail takes an estimated 2 – 3  working days to reach you after the order has been mailed out. Please kindly only place an order if you can wait.

Deliveries are attempted during business hours via SingPost or Qxpress. Your package will be dropped into your letterbox by the postman or via door delivery depending on your order quantity.

There will be no tracking number provided.

Accepted Modes of Payment

All orders will be charged and paid in Singapore Currency (SGD).

1. Credit/ Debit Card

All credit card and debit payments are accepted. After selecting credit/debit card payment at the checkout page, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site to proceed with payment. You do not need a PayPal account –  simply select the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option.

PayPal has a buyer protection policy and your credit/ debit card information will not be revealed to any other parties.

We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.

2. PayNow / Internet iBanking / ATM Fund Transfer

Direct Bank Transfer payment is available for all local Singapore orders as an alternative to PayPal payment. Anthony The Spice Maker accepts electronic bank payments ( eg. PayNow, Internet iBanking or ATM bank transfer) from any bank in Singapore. Payment can be made to the following bank account:

International Shipping

Shipping addresses outside of Singapore. All international orders will be shipped via Singpost.

The maximum weight per shipment is capped at ≤1.9kg.

Anthony The Spice Maker reserves all rights to cancel any order which exceeds the maximum weight per shipment.

All parcels will be shipped via Air Mail please refer below to the destination zone chart for detailed country zoning.

All shipping cost for international order is calculated based on product weight and country of destination.

An email will be sent to you when your order is being processed and when it has been shipped out.

Depending on your mailing address, all airmail takes an estimated 5 – 13 working days to reach you after the order has been mailed out.

There will be a tracking number provided.

Important notes:

All shipping fees include postage costs as well as handling and packing fees.

The postman may drop your parcels into your mailbox.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in the receiving country. Rates are exclusive of any customs duties and other relevant taxes.

Kindly note that Anthony The Spice Maker will not be responsible for any delays or customs charges imposed by the country of destination and the shipping time indicated above does not include any unforeseen customs delays.
