SAMBAL KANG KONG
COOKED WITH SAMBAL ASAM FISH PASTE
Serves 4 – 5
Ingredients:
- 600g to 800g of Kang Kong cut into 5 or 6cm
- 190g Sambal Asam Fish Paste
- 80g minced dried shrimp
- 4 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of sugar to taste
Directions:
With some oil, stir-fry dried shrimp for about 1 minute and set aside.
Heat up oil for about 1 minute over medium low heat.
Add Sambal Asam Fish Paste and stir-fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add minced shrimp and stir-fry for awhile.
Add sugar and stir for around 1 to 2 minutes.
Add prepared kang kong and stir-fry till cooked.
Serve with rice while hot!
