A Guide on How To Make Tandoori Chicken
Prepare:
80g Tandoori Spice Blend
2kg of chicken parts skinned
1 cup or 200g of plain yoghurt
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Directions:
Using a bowl, mix Tandoori Spice Blend, yoghurt, cooking oil and lemon juice to make a marinade.
Add prepared chicken parts into the marinade, wrap or cover the meat and refrigerate it for 1 hour or up to 24 hours before cooking or overnight for better flavour before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180°c on the grill.
Place marinated chicken on a tray and cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes, or until tender.
Garnish with lemon and serve with rice or with salad!
