Bay Laurel Leaf is commonly used in cooking tomato sauces or slow-cooking dishes. Use this when making tomato-based pasta sauces, beef stews or stock. In soups and stocks add 5-10 minutes for the best flavour before the end of cooking and remove after. Some bay leaves can give bitterness to our dish, especially dry leaves. It is also a good addition to meat, chicken, fish, seafood, and vegetable dishes.
