Ginger helps with blood circulation, aid digestion and is also packed with anti-inflammatory properties. Black Pepper is added to help boost the absorption of curcumin into your system. Strengthen the immune system by adding 1 teaspoon of Golden Turmeric blend into your preferred beverage or, mix with hot water first and stir well then add a little room temperature water to make a shot. Drink it when lukewarm with an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
