Nasi Lemak Chilli
COOKED WITH SAMBAL CHILLI PASTE
Serves 4 – 5
Ingredients:
- 50g ikan bilis (anchovies)
- 190g Nasi Lemak Chilli Paste
- 4 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of sugar to taste
Directions:
Fry ikan bilis with some oil till slightly brown. Then add some sugar, cook for a while and remove from oil and set aside.
Stir fry Sambal Chili Paste with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 5 minutes or until fragrant.
Add fried ikan bilis and cook briefly.
Add sugar and stir for around 1 to 2 minutes till fragrant.
Serve with white/ coconut rice.
