- 1 fish head / 1kg of fish parts
- 190g Fish Head Curry Paste
- 3 tomatoes each cut into quarter
- 4 lady fingers/okras
- 5 tbsp of cooking oil
- 200ml fresh coconut milk/cream
- 3 cups of water
Directions:
Heat up oil for 1 minute over medium low heat.
Add Curry Paste and stir-fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add water and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add prepared fish, lady finger and tomatoes and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add fresh coconut milk or cream and simmer till cooked.
Serve with rice while hot!
