Chilli Crab

CHILLI CRAB

COOKED WITH CHILLI CRAB/PRAWN PASTE
Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of fresh live crabs
  • 190g Chilli Crab / Prawn Paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or to taste
  • 4 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of sugar or to taste
Directions:
Heat up oil for about 1 minute over medium-low heat.
Add Chilli Crab/Prawn Paste and stir-fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add tomato sauce and water and stir-fry again.
Add prepared crabs and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add eggs and stir-fry gently till cooked.
Add sugar to taste.
Serve with rice/bread while hot!
