BBQ Stingray

SEAFOOD BBQ SAUCE

COOKED WITH SEAFOOD BBQ PASTE
Ingredients:
  • 190g Seafood BBQ Paste
  • 4 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp of sugar or to taste

Directions:

Stir-fry Seafood BBQ Mix with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 5 minutes or until fragrant.

Add sugar and stir for around 1 to 2 minutes.

Ready to use as BBQ Sauce.

BBQ STINGRAY

COOKED WITH SEAFOOD BBQ PASTE
Ingredients: 
  • 600g to 700g of Stingray
  • 190g Seafood BBQ Paste
  • 4 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp of sugar or to taste
  • some lime
Directions:

Stir-fry Seafood BBQ Mix with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 5 minutes or until fragrant.

Add sugar and stir for around 1 to 2 minutes. ( See Seafood BBQ Sauce)

Spread the mixture thoroughly on to the stingray and wrap it with aluminium foil.

Bake, grill or roast the wrapped stingray till cooked.

Best served with lime.
