BLACK PEPPER CRAB
COOKED WITH BLACK PEPPER CRAB PASTE
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh live crabs/seafood
- 190g Black Pepper Crab Paste
- 4 tbsp of cooking oil
- half a cup of water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- sugar to taste
Directions:
Heat up oil for about 1 minute over medium-low heat.
Add Black Pepper Paste and stir-fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add prepared crabs and water and stir-fry till cooked.
Add sugar and butter to taste.
Serve with rice while hot!
